Step 9: Follow Your Bliss

One of the benefits of facing up to the D-word, is that you realize life really is for living. That might sound a bit silly—of course life is for living—but if we’re honest, most of us will confess that we aren’t really living as fully as we could, and few of us are following our bliss.

What does it mean to follow your bliss? It means that you live in total alignment with who you really are, making choices, not out or fear, but because your intuition, our heart and your soul are drawn to those things, and irrespective of parental opinion, societal expectation, religious belief or your inner critic, you go ahead and make the decision to pursue you hearts desire. Easier said than done, I hear you cry.

That’s why the books, sites and resources provided below are so valuable. It’s a slow path to shift from living because you “should” or “have to” to living your bliss.

Take a look at what’s on offer below and don’t forget to read Chapter 4 of Your Legacy of Love: Realize the Gift in Goodbye.
